Decker Management currently operates Simpson Manor, in Fort Langley, British Columbia. This facility is a 96 bed, multi-level extended care hospital. From 2005 though 2008, a reconstruction and expansion project began which has doubled the capacity and significantly improved health care, recreation, therapeudic, dietary and other capabilities. The Decker group of companies have built and expanded a number of health care facilities in British Columbia including Holyrood Manor (Maple Ridge) and Normandy Hospital, now Arbutus Care Centre (Vancouver). With the completion of the Simpson Manor project, it becomes the flagship for the organization.

Decker has worked to advance health care services within British Columbia by providing excellent proactive leadership and introducing leading-edge technologies. Decker offered the first non-institutional AIDS/HIV Hospice in Canada which has spearheaded many subsequent independent care facilities.
